BIOGRAPHY
Christian Struthers is the heart behind Real Life Rambles — a platform born from pain, purpose, and the belief that no matter how far you fall, you can always rise again.
Once a college baseball player with full-ride scholarships and a future full of promise, Christian’s life took a sharp turn when addiction entered the picture. What began as partying slowly became a lifestyle that cost him everything — his dreams, his direction, and nearly his life. After multiple close calls and a DUI, the night that changed everything came in the form of a 130 mph car crash. It was a moment that could have ended it all — but instead, it became the start of something new.
In recovery, Christian found unexpected healing through his dog, Millie. She became his anchor, his mirror, and the reminder that love, loyalty, and second chances exist — even when you think you’ve run out of them. Together, they taught each other how to live again.
Through Real Life Rambles, Christian now shares his story to help others see that transformation is possible — that you’re never too broken, too far gone, or too late to change. His message is simple but powerful: you are one decision away from a completely different life.
Whether speaking to students, recovery centers, or anyone searching for hope, Christian’s story reminds people that growth doesn’t happen overnight — it happens through consistency, faith, and the willingness to keep showing up. His motto, “I get to,” is a daily reminder of gratitude — because after nearly losing it all, even the hardest days are a privilege.
MISSION
My mission with Real Life Rambles is to bring hope, healing, and honesty to those who are struggling — to remind people that no matter how far they’ve fallen, they can always rise again. Through sharing my own journey of addiction, recovery, and redemption, I want to show that faith, resilience, and accountability can rebuild even the most broken foundations.
This platform is about real stories — the kind that aren’t filtered or polished, but raw, honest, and full of truth. Because that’s where real change begins. My goal is to give people the tools, mindset, and belief they need to take that next step toward the life they’ve always dreamed of — one decision, one day at a time.
At the heart of everything I do is God, family, and the unshakable belief that purpose can be born from pain. I’ve lived it — and now, I get to help others live it too.
THE METHOD
My method is simple — I lead with honesty, faith, and heart. I believe the best way to reach people is through real stories, the kind that strip away the filters and get to the truth of what it means to be human. When I speak, I don’t just tell my story — I share the lessons, the pain, the breakthroughs, and the faith that carried me through it all.
Everything I do is rooted in storytelling, vulnerability, and faith-based motivation. I’ve learned that real change starts with a shift in mindset — believing that you get to live differently, not that you have to. With accountability and consistency, small steps become life-changing momentum.
What makes my message unique is the role my dog, Millie, played in my recovery. She reminded me that love and healing can come from the most unexpected places. She helped me rebuild my life, and now I use that same compassion and perspective to help others rebuild theirs.
Whether I’m speaking to a room full of students, sitting across from someone in recovery, or connecting one-on-one, my goal is always the same — to give people hope, perspective, and the motivation to take that next step. Because I believe that if I can do it, they can too.
